Play together

As soon as you can, play your game as a team as often as possible. If you cannot play it everyday, try to play it together a couple times a week.

If your controls needs a controller and not everyone has access to controllers, make sure your game supports both mouse and keyboard and controllers so that everyone on your team can play. (the end product can focus on controllers only, but enabling everyone on your team to play is a must).

After each playsession, everyone shares feedback on things they liked and things they felt weren't working. As a team this will empower you to take actions as well as to iterate on what really matters in your game.

Be sure to have someone write down the feedback and share it to the team, so it can be consulted again.
